Range of application
In the interior, for surfaces contaminated with PCP such as wood and wood-based materials. NOT suitable for windows, floors, stairs and moist areas.
Technical qualities
Alkaline primer. Causes a chemical conversion of PCP in the surface and reduces further outgassing. The effect must be supplemented by painting over with BASKO Masking Shellac Professional No. 730 (professional quality – 2 coats) or BASKO Masking Shellac No. 740 (3 coats).
Application method
Stir thoroughly. Apply with brush or by spraying
Coverage
Determine the exact amount needed by doing a test application. 1 l (1.06 quart.) is sufficient for 8 to 14 m² (86 to 150 ft²) per coat, i.e. 91 ml/m². Consumption could be considerably less, depending on the condition and absorbency of the surface.
