Application range
For interior use, as primer for floors, baseboards, solid wood. Only suitable to a limited extent for dining tables and kitchen countertops.
Technical qualities
Low in solvents. Especially intensive coloration with a single application. The color 203 Light preserves the natural color of the wood, by e.g. spruce, cherry and beech. Complies with the German Industrial Norm DIN 53 160 for color fastness when exposed to perspiration and saliva. Free of organic-chemical compounds according to DIN EN 71, part 9.
Application method
With spatula or roller. Remove possible skin formed on surface and then stir thoroughly before use. Test application. Post-treatment with a clear LIVOS oil, e.g. KUNOS No. 244, is required.
Coverage
Determine the exact amount needed by doing a test application.
Manual application (spatula): 18 – 32 g/m².
Industrial application (rolling): 12 – 32 g/m².
Consumption could be considerably less, depending on the condition and absorbency of the surface.
