Application range
For interior use, industrial coating of solid wood and multiplex boards, e.g. for furniture and the interior.
Technical qualities
Solvent-free. Results in a matte surface after the first coat. Tested according to the German Industrial Norm DIN 53 160 for color fastness when exposed to perspiration and saliva. Complies with DIN EN 71, part 3 as suitable for toys. Free of organic-chemical compounds according to DIN EN 71, part 9.
Application method
By spray or bale application (approx. 15 g/m²) at temperatures above 16°C (60.8°F), let it soak in shortly and remove excess oil after 1 – 15 minutes with a pad, brush or lint-free cotton cloth. Nozzle size: > 1,7 mm; Spray pressure: 2.5 – 3.5 bar. Polish the dried surface at the earliest after 8 and at the latest after 24 hours.
Coverage
Determine the exact amount needed by doing a test application. 1 l is sufficient for appr. 65 m² (699 ft²), i.e. 15,5 ml/m². Consumption could be considerably less, depending on the condition and absorbency of the surface.
