Shipping

We pass on all shipping costs to you at cost price.

Within Germany: Shipping with DHL at a fixed price of €5.70 plus VAT up to a weight of 31.5 kg.
Letter shipping in Germany: €2.70 plus VAT up to a weight of 0-0.065 kg and €5.70 plus VAT up to a weight of 0.065-31.5 kg.

EU Zone 1 up to 31.5 kg
Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic: €17.50 plus VAT.
Letter shipping in EU Zone 1: €3.70 plus VAT up to a weight of 0-0.065 kg and €19.40 plus VAT up to a weight of 0.065-31.5 kg.

EU Zone 3 up to 31.5 kg
All EU countries except EU Zone 1: €29.50 plus VAT.
Letter shipping in EU Zone 3: €3.70 plus VAT up to a weight of 0-0.065 kg and €19.40 plus VAT up to a weight of 0.065-31.5 kg

Note:

For hazardous goods, higher shipping costs arise due to the respective limitation by the content of the shipping service provider. We must pass on these costs to you or multiply the shipping costs accordingly depending on the weight.
For products such as wall paints and linseed cakes, the shipping costs deviate due to the packaging or the standard shipping costs are multiplied differently.

Different transport companies can be arranged if necessary. All orders with a total weight of over 31.5 kg must be sent by email to versand@livos.de.
The freight costs consist of several parts and will be communicated to you with the offer or order confirmation.

Partial delivery is possible for production-related reasons.

Delivery Times

Delivery Times Germany:
Delivery by DHL
1-3 working days from the factory for standard delivery

Delivery Times Abroad:
Europe 3-10 working days from the factory for standard delivery

Information on Calculating the Delivery Date:
The processing time until your order is handed over to the shipping partner is 1-3 working days.
The deadline for delivery begins one day after payment in advance has been issued to the transferring credit institution in the case of other payment methods, one day after conclusion of the contract.
The deadline ends at the end of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall replace such a day.
