Application range
For furniture, timber of medium and dark color, such as oak, elm, walnut, pear or larch. Not suitable for lightly colored timber such as pine, maple, birch or ash. Suitable only to a limited extent for the interior of cabinets.
Technical qualities
Impregnating, open pored, permanently elastic. Accentuates the natural wood grain. DIN 53 160 certified for color fastness when exposed to perspiration and saliva. Also DIN EN 71, part 3 certified as suitable for toys. Free of organic-chemical compounds according to DIN EN 71, part 9.
Application method
With a brush, cloth or spraying device at temperatures above 12°C (53.6°F).
Coverage
Determine the exact amount needed by doing a test application.
Firts coat: 1 liter (1.06 fl. quart.) covers approximately 20-35 m² (215-376 ft²), i.e. 36 ml/m².
Second coat: 1 liter (1.06 fl. quart.) covers approximately 80-150 m² (860-1,612 ft²), i.e. 9 ml/m².
Consumption could be considerably less, depending on the condition and absorbency of the surface.
