Application range
Interior: solid wood – floors, stairs and heavily used surfaces.
Only to a limited extent suitable for: multiplex board, veneers and
plywood – observe the test
area for two days.
Solvent-free version: KOIMOS Parquet Oil No. 277.
Technical qualities
Developed for floors and stairs: the oil saturates the wood and builds a hard-
wearing wear layer on top of it. After the third coat the surface is water-
repellent, matt to glossy depending on the type of wood
and the sanding.
Low-solvent – VOC content at most 94 g/l. Free from fragrances and essential
oils.
Easy to apply: thinner thanks to the solvent content, it spreads evenly and
can also be brushed and sprayed.
Fully declared – including the substances that need not be named.
Application method
Remove any skin that may have formed, stir well, apply a test area.
Undiluted with a single-disc machine or an orbital sander and a grey felt pad;
with 10 % thinner with a brush, a sealing brush or a lint-free cotton cloth;
with 10–20 % No. 292 with a spray gun.
Apply above 16 °C. Three coats.
