Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:
Goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within domestic Germany: Shipping via DHL at a flat rate of €6.64 plus VAT up to a weight of 31.5 kg.
Letter mail in Germany: €3.90 plus VAT up to a weight of 0 - 0.5 kg and €6.64 plus VAT up to a weight of 0.5 - 31.5 kg. 

International deliveries:

EU Zone 1 up to 31.5 kg
Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic: €14.55 plus VAT up to a weight of 0 - 1 kg and €15.55 plus VAT from 1 kg. For each additional kilogram, there is a surcharge of €1 each plus VAT.

EU Zone 2 up to 31.5 kg
Andorra, Italy, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Vatican City: €14.70 plus VAT up to a weight of 0 - 1 kg and €15.70 plus VAT from 1 kg. For each additional kilogram, there is a surcharge of €1 each plus VAT.

EU Zone 3 up to 31.5 kg
Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus: €15.00 plus VAT up to a weight of 0 - 1 kg and €16.00 plus VAT from 1 kg. For each additional kilogram, there is a surcharge of €1 each plus VAT.

Letter mail in EU Zone 3:
€3.70 plus VAT up to a weight of 0 - 0.065 kg and €19.40 plus VAT up to a weight of 0.065 kg - 31.5 kg

Note
For dangerous goods products, higher shipping costs arise due to the respective limitation by the shipping service provider's content restrictions. We must pass these costs on to you, or the shipping costs multiply differently depending on the weight.
For products such as wall paints and linseed cake, shipping costs differ due to packaging, or standard shipping costs multiply differently.

Different transport companies can be arranged if needed. All orders with a total weight of more than 31.5 kg must be sent by email to versand@livos.de. Freight costs consist of several components and will be communicated to you with the offer or order confirmation. Partial deliveries are possible for production-related reasons.

Delivery Periods
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1-3 business days, and for international deliveries within 3-10 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
