Application range
For interior coniferous and deciduous timber, e.g. furniture and floors as well as cutting boards and Multiplex boards. Not suitable for cabinet interiors, veneers as well as stained wood.
Technical qualities
Reinforces and deepens the natural color of the wood grain. After second application impregnated, after third application satin-glossy and water-repellent surface. Complies with German Industrial Norm (DIN) 53 160, fast to perspiration and saliva. Suitable for toys according to DIN EN 71 Part 3. Free of organic chemical compounds according to DIN EN 71 part 9.
Application method
By brushing, spraying, dipping, machine application (single disc rotary machine or orbital sander), or with a sponge applicator or with a cloth at temperatures above 12 °C (approx. 54°F).
Coverage
Determine the exact amount needed by doing a test application.
First coat: 1 liter (1.06 quart) undiluted covers approximately 17 m² (183 ft²) i.e. 60 ml/m².
Second coat: 1 liter (1.06 quart) covers approximately 42 m² (452 ft²) i.e. 24 ml/m².
Third coat: 1 liter (1.06 quart) covers approximately 106 m² (1141 ft²) i.e. 10 ml/m².
Consumption could be considerably less, depending on the condition and absorbency of the surface.
