MELDOS Natural Resin Hardening Oil N° 264
Application range
Interior: solid softwood – furniture and saunas –, absorbent stone slabs and
cotto tiles.
Interior and exterior: terrazzo floors.
Without orange oil: MELDOS Natural Resin Hardening Oil No. 265, otherwise
identical.
Not suitable for: wooden floors, cabinet interiors, veneers, hardwoods and
stained or leached softwoods.
Technical qualities
Impregnates and penetrates very deeply; brings out the grain.
With orange oil: a pleasant note of orange while working that fades
afterwards.
Tested to DIN EN 71-3 – the toy standard for elements such as lead and
cadmium that can pass from the material into the body.
Fully declared – including the substances that need not be named.
Application method
Take off any skin that has formed, stir well, apply a test coat.
Brush, spray, roller or dipping above 12 °C.
One to three coats until
saturation; remove the excess 20–30 minutes after each coat.

Coverage
Wood: 60 · 30 · 12 ml/m² for the three coats (17 · 33 · 84 m²/l).
Cotto tiles: 60 · 40 · 36 ml/m² (17 · 25 · 28 m²/l).
Guide values, undiluted; they vary with the absorbency.
