BARSO Cleaning Oil No. 553
For cleaning and maintaining solid wood, plywood, and OSB treated with LIVOS oils, we recommend our product BARSO Cleaning Oil No. 553. Please note that this cleaning oil is not suitable for plywood and veneer. Step-by-Step Guide for Applying BARSO Cleaning Oil No. 553
For a good result, a thorough initial cleaning is recommended.
For heavy soiling, such as waterproof marker on OSB floor, apply approximately 2 tablespoons of BARSO Cleaning Oil No. 553 to the floor.
Next, work the oil into the surface using a polishing machine and a purple or black pad until the dirt loosens.
The BARSO cleaning oil should not dry out. If necessary, apply a little more oil. Then place a cotton cloth under the pad used and use it to absorb the dirty oil.
If necessary, follow up with maintenance using KUNOS Natural Oil Sealer No. 244. Please also refer to the information in the Technical Data Sheet at www.livos.de
For optimal shine and cleanliness, you should use Maintenance Oil No. 315 on your wooden floors such as OSB, etc., at regular intervals. Further information about the product can be found in our technical data sheet.
